The Mirage 40L backpack is Gossamer Gear's largest fully waterproof backpack made with ALUULA® Graflyte™. This revolutionary fused mono-polymer fabric has no adhesives, no coatings, and no risk of delamination or frying. Graflyte™ is lighter, stronger, and more durable than traditional laminates. This adds up to a durable, fully waterproof, framed pack that weighs just 19.4oz (550g) or 18.7oz (530g) without the side compression and lightrek bungee attachment.
Gear up with integrated water bottle pockets that cinch tight, a stretch mesh front pocket for overflow gear, and a roll-top closure with a two-way connection point to keep your essentials secure and accessible. The new carbon fiber X-frame provides ultralight structure and direct load transfer. The Mirage 40 isn’t just lighter, but the lightest 40 L pack available.
